Dogs over 9 months of age .

CCC Puppy Registrations must be updated with all  current information ( Dog"s name,adult pic, owner"s name and contact information,etc) within 24 months of birth. This ensures accurate pedigree database maintenance and provides your pet with accurate,valid and current certfied documentation listed below.


  • Signed Registration Cetificate with CCC Seal.
  • CCC Pedigree Certificate.   ( if 3 or more Generations Registered to the CCC Database)
  • Laminated Wallet sized Photo Id Card complete with Dog Details, Pic and owner"s name.

  The $ 45 fee ensures unique Registration in CCC’s canine database with Registration Certificate and identifies the owner. Includes 1 year subscription of CCC MEMEBERSHIP.
